Excellent for sharpening tungsten electrodes

Excellent for sharpening tungsten electrodes but not good for cutting metal like mild steel but will do if you have more patience. And like a metal grinder, it doesn't leave a smooth finish, but it grinds well. The great thing about it is that it stays like new no matter how many times you use it. But be careful not to bend it, it will bend and stay bent.
