I hate this radio. And I can't do anything about it because I already paid the company $300 to install it. Sometimes it falters when shifting. Difficult to decrease/increase the volume, the touchscreen becomes slower. Sometimes when I connect my phone via USB it doesn't get recognized so I have to unplug and plug it back in a few times and CarPlay is finally offered. And it's not my cable, I've tried several other cables I have including brand new ones. Sometimes the music says it's playing and the volume increases but nothing plays and I have to reset everything for the music to play. Sometimes the maps are faulty and I can't enter something. Again I have to dispose of everything. It just really sucks and I'd happily buy a better brand. But even if I want to return it I have to pay someone to remove it and then pay again to install another one so I'm wasting too much money. I just have to put up with it. My fault for trusting a brand called Hee-ha. It looks like someone is laughing.
