Edit: Increase my rating. They fixed the Android app and I was able to update the firmware which made a big difference. I was able to set my network name and password with the app and after updating the firmware I was able to enter the router settings through the browser. Now it works pretty well. I was able to stream to multiple devices with no issues. I think the instructions provided could have been better and at least direct you to the manual on the website. It was a bad start for this product but they fixed the main issues. The instructions don't really say how to set it up, just the name of the downloadable app to guide you through the process. The Android version of the app was not working. I can't get past the registration screen that appears after launching the app. Then I tried setting it up using a web browser. I knew from experience to look on the router for the default router username and password. I found a more detailed guide on the product website that has some instructions on how to do this. After entering the username and password on the login page, I received a message saying there was an invalid character. I figured out what the character was and removed it, but the password still didn't work. I've tried different variations of the letters and words in the password that I could think of to no avail. Neither the application nor its configuration via the browser worked. I tried calling support but the connection was poor and the audio was muffled. I just couldn't understand the person very well. I received an email reply about a day later, but these were just some instructions on how to use the app and configure the router via a web browser. There is nothing that helps me with the issues I am having when logging into the app and router from a web browser. I've given up for now. There are too many issues, especially for a router at this price point. I will test the app and update this review if there are any improvements.
