I'm having some issues with my Surface Book and Surface Dock with 3 external monitors at 2560 x 1440 resolution. After wrestling with this configuration for many hours, I decided to try this adapter to order. .I installed the driver, connected, everything works. Also, I can still use the surface screen for four displays. I'll let it run for a while and if it works I'll buy a second one to add another monitor. Great work Pluggable! July 2016 update I went ahead and bought a second one and I've been running it happily for a few months now. I bought a 7 USB plug-in super speed hub to connect two display port adapters because the surface dock was having bandwidth issues when the display port adapters were plugged into the surface dock. Apart from that I have 4 external Dell U2515H monitors with a resolution of 2560 x 1440. . I can also use the Surface monitor, but I usually prefer not to as any impact on the table causes the Surface monitor to turn off momentarily and the screens to flicker. Still very happy with this product.
