To be honest it exceeded my expectations. I use it to run a 4k monitor at 3840 x 2160 on a 4 year old laptop and it's GREAT. I use a system for business purposes (spreadsheets and software development) and I'm not complaining about the performance - plays Netflix fine in the background if I want to, but I don't do anything graphics-intensive (CAD/gaming) so I can't actually talk about it . Original Review: Everything has worked well to date. I connected my laptop to the dock (this adapter was connected to the laptop dock for my lenovo t450) and the third display didn't show up.
