To be honest it exceeded my expectations. I use it to run a 4k monitor at 3840 x 2160 on a 4 year old laptop and it's GREAT. I use a system for business purposes (spreadsheets and software development) and I'm not complaining about the performance - plays Netflix fine in the background if I want to, but I don't do anything graphics-intensive (CAD/gaming) so I can't actually talk about it . Plugable sent an email prior to product arrival with a link to install and contact tech support if needed. I was really impressed with their proactive approach and the software preinstalled with no issues. When it arrived it was pretty much plug and play. There's a small application in the system tray to help with setup - it's unobtrusive and really useful. I contacted support (it turned out to be me and not them) and they responded very quickly and were a real help. Great again! All in all I couldn't be happier. The price is great, it is well maintained and does what it is supposed to do.
