The ability to send out emails with multiple recipients was very helpful. I've used other programs that only allowed one recipient at a time. Also, having the option to have an email sent from a different email address would be nice. It's not something I had thought about before, but it might be useful if you are trying to send information to someone who isn't always using their main email. We use this program to send out emails to our team members so they can receive important updates regarding meetings or events.
