I bought Red Medium for my 3.5 month old black GS puppy. It's a bit big for the smallest size so it pops out sometimes; but he will have room to grow into it. I also bought a large black adult pit mix and it fits great. The only problem I have is adjusting it. Such a nice and strong collar, maybe that's why.
