I thought it was for big birds!., my mistake! He chewed it up into a heap in less than a week. I think I need a steel toy for this bird. It chews plastic the same way! If you have a big bird, don't give it to him! It was so nice! I have someone looking for a mesquite branch to carve their beak into. They need something to chew on as their beaks are constantly growing, as are their toenails, so it's important to have something they can use. Birdie Loco is now over thirty years old. I don't know how old he was when we got him, but we've had him for over thirty years. I wish you success!
