I have to say the customer service was excellent. If a part didn't work, the money was refunded. As I found out there are about 10 different types of three position switches. If you use the wrong switch, the fan will only run at two speeds, not all three. This switch didn't work with my old Hunter fan. I ordered a switch from SwitchCo in Lubbock, Texas and it worked. Lowes and Home Depot also don't have proper switches. Old Hunter fans take the "01" type, at least mine. You will need to take the switch apart and look at the very small metal parts inside to see what type of switch you need.
