Lots of power but sometimes makes strange noises. The platform has sharp modules. Literally cut into my toe the first time I stepped on it. I only use with light shoes.Update Sept 2022: I've been using this while seated to destress. I love that affect BUT it started making loud tapping noise on the left side. If I move foot position to an awkward location I can get it to almost stop. I'm very sad about change in how it operates. I've had the unit about 18 months and use it a few times per month.Update: The supplier replaced my first unit with another model. It works great and the top is smooth. No more noise.works great!
