It's a light bulb and it turns on.
Bulbs arrived safe and sound. I can't go above 94 degrees Fahrenheit with two lightbulbs. These lamps do not have a 100W label. I haven't bought my beard yet, so I'm blowing through these bulbs first. Most likely, it will have to be supplemented with a ceramic heater. Currently I do not advise buying it simply because there are no markings.
