Looks great! However, I wouldn't rely on it as a walking/work collar.

My dog looks super nice in this collar. Feels sturdy and is a good weight. Careful packaging was very tight. My dog's neck is about 18 inches long and the 20 inch collar fits her perfectly. However, I only bought it to wear around the house because it looks like a handsome devil; I do not recommend this for a proper walk on leash, corrective work and it is definitely not for working dogs. The material and structure just aren't suited for this type of job and there are far more effective ways to train your dog than using a chunky designer choke collar (e.g. flat buckle/quick release collar). If your dog tends to pull, don't use this to fix the problem, invest in proper leash/obedience training instead. Other than that, my dog looks amazing in it.
