These lines are perfect for our family - kids keep stealing mine! They are durable, great price and I love the pink color. I ordered another set, but only 2 cables were missing when it was delivered. Looks like the bag is broken. I contacted the seller/customer service and they responded immediately offering me a new set or a refund. They also asked me if I had any other suggestions on how they could fix the situation, which I really appreciate! I decided they would send me another set, which they did immediately. The new set arrived very quickly and I am very happy with my new cable set. Customer service was very polite and helpful. I give them 5 stars and will definitely order again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
