I seem to have the nicest car on my street that uses car covers regularly! very thick and hard material. nice and soft inside. I don't have a roof or doors over my jeep so last time it rained all the water pooled on the roof but held all the water until I pushed it off. was at least 3 liters! Fits my 98 2 door TJ almost perfectly. The straps help keep it secure, but the elastic seems to be well made and can hold itself up in California weather. The access zip is also a great feature as on more than one occasion I've left something in the jeep and didn't have to strain to retrieve it after opening the cover.
