Better than Tombow for brush writing!

-- FIRST IMPRESSIONS -- Why I switched from Tombow: I just got this brush and I love it. I bought this because I wanted to see if I liked the Brushbables better than the Tombow Dual Brush Pens which are pretty good for brush writing. I didn't like the Tombows because I felt the tips wore out easily and they were quite difficult to control. Pros: - The tip feels springy. It's soft enough to draw thick lines, but it's bouncy, making it easier to draw fine lines. The color flows well and is saturated. It feels like it's wearing out less (I'll update this as I use it more). - The ink is rich and spreads well. - There are two colors of the BRUSH (black and gray). I think this is a step up from the Tombow dual brush pens as they didn't actually have two brushes. Instead it was a color with a brush end and a marker end. This gives me two colors, possibly at the expense of ink cartridge space (meaning likely to run out of ink quicker than tombows). Brush Tip Rating: 5 stars for quality. A little more expensive than I wanted but seems better than my other alternative (Tombow Dual Brush Pens). * These are my first impressions. I'll update this when I have other things to say about this pen.*

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • I'll write back later
