I thought it was a bit big when I got it but when I first used it it was perfect. Made a 20 lb turkey this year, marinated it 1 hour per pound, then injected 1 cup (2 injector presses) of flavorful oil marinade all over the body, focusing on the breast. It was the best turkey I've ever made. Super juicy! Used Baron's Spices and Seasonings, Brine and Herbed Turkey Set. Very easy to clean, 3 times with soapy water and it was ready to use. Really well done!
