Not what I thought.

Although I liked the performance of the antenna, the size didn't fit my truck. Also the attachment method seems a bit strange. There is no real stopping point until the rubber around the antenna starts to warp or crumple, which I think ruins the optics. I reverted it to 6.5" and it seems to fit better.
