Terrible Hooks for Industrial Use

I recently purchased hooks for my industrial space and was extremely disappointed with the quality. After I put IT to the test the hooks were unable to hold even the lightest load.The industrial and scientific aspects of the product were completely misleading. The only pro is that the hooks are easy to install. The cons outweigh the one pro, leaving me with a useless product..
