These are good bearings, they arrived quickly and allowed me to replace the ones used in my kids scooters. I only needed 16. They are the same as any other 608 bearings I've seen. I'm not sure where they have the double rubber gasket, but it's not obvious to me. Must be inside the outer seal? They are all smooth, with a good feel of medium thickness lubrication. Ideal for children's scooters. One of my kids loves puddles too much so I hope they last longer than the original ones. Note about my app: My kids have Jetson Saturn Scooters. The rear wheel has two 100 x 24mm wheels with a single axle. Inside each wheel is a spacer that holds the load while the axle is tightened. These spacers are completely rusted so I need new ones. These bearings are supplied without spacers. One more note: when changing the bearings, I noticed that the wheel on a scooter was worn very unevenly due to the loose axle. I ordered new wheels with bearings for $14 for a pair of wheels that light up. In my case, ordering new wheels with bearings would be the best use of time. However, the front wheels are much larger and appear to be more specialized. So I swapped these bearings. They use a plastic gasket which seemed good. The scooters roll great with the new bearings, as expected. children love them.
