They are not as described. They don't keep well and are coated in thick fat. The description says they are versatile, but they are not. Even after deciding I had nothing to lose, I did my best to give them more spin, it didn't help and only made things worse. Big waste of time, money. Thought I'd try my luck with something cheaper but it's not a good buy.

Before ordering, measure your current bearing with a digital caliper. Can't beat the price. Tried them out today after driving about a half mile and had no problems. One thing I noticed is that when properly adjusted they didn't spin freely on the skates for more than two or three turns, but they worked fine outdoors. They may not be for you speed skaters, but for amateur skaters like me they do the job well.

Excellent bearings for the price. Didn't expect ABEC 11 at this price! Very smooth and with no noticeable play or portability issues. They are very well lubricated. So if you want them to spin for a long time, like in a spinner, then either wash out a heavier grease or buy other bearings. Ideal for 8mm shaft. (Actually the shaft is 7.98mm long. purchased these to replace the 608z bearings that came with the new Oregon lawnmower balancer. One bearing was OK and one bearing was defective. Bearings have an inner diameter of 8 mm, an outer diameter of 22 mm. and 7 mm bearing housing width. Bearings fit the spindle and housing with no installation problems. These are good bearings, they arrived quickly and allowed me to replace the ones used in my kids scooters. I only needed 16. They are the same as any other 608 bearings I've seen. I'm not sure where they have the double rubber gasket, but it's not obvious to me. Must be inside the outer seal? They are all smooth, with a good feel of medium thickness lubrication.
