Review on B. Marine Mechanical Fuel Pump: Optimal Fit for 5.0, 5.7, 305, 350 Mercruiser and OMC Engines by Napoleon Robbie

Installed on a 1986 Mercruiser 200 (Chevy 305) 200HP which is a 1986 Chris Craft Cavalier. The price is great compared to the $185 OEM parts I couldn't find anywhere and when I did it took 1 1/2 weeks to ship and my boat was on our vacation dock. While there weren't many reviews, there were a lot of reviews, I took a chance as it looked like my original and one of the reviews mentioned my engine. Once I had it installed the engine started after the 2nd run with a little help from ether and it ran fine. The reason for only 4 stars is that it came without a gasket so I had to run to my local auto parts store to get one and they couldn't find the right one until they looked for it as it's a fuel pump for a 350 Chevy engine. . Who knows how long it will last but at the price what does it matter and it helped in an emergency!
