Review on CruiseBase by Doug Cardello

I like that it has everything you need to manage your business. From invoicing to onboarding of new clients, I love how easy it is to use this system. The only thing I don't like is that some of the features are not as intuitive as they could be. I am able to get everything done with my team through cruisebase, but sometimes there are times where we have to go back in and find things ourselves. This isn't always bad because it allows us to do our job more efficiently. However, if you know exactly what you're looking for you can find it easier than with cruisebase. We are now managing all of our onboardings and bookings through cruisebase. It makes it much faster and easier to enter information into each ticket once we receive them from the client.
