I read reviews and doubted about the cold air button (on the old hair dryer, its location was the same and did not interfere), but here it really is pressed all the time during the drying process. The hair dryer is very noisy, the child was even scared and did not want to dry it (as if noise with vibration). Long hair, even on the weakest air flow, is blown away strongly and they get tangled, they did not succeed in styling. Switching buttons may take some getting used to, but they are quite normal. But it dries quickly. But because of the big minuses for me, I refused it (
