Review on CASE OF 12 - 16 oz. EZ Cap Beer Bottles - CLEAR: Premium Solution for Brewing Enthusiasts! by Andrea Young

I bought these bottles for my ginger beer. I've been cooking the same recipe for over 30 years, so I know it and its properties well. So far I've had 3 bottles explode and shatter before the caps broke. That tells me the bail tops are too strong. I'd rather lose 3 bottles of ginger beer than fly all over the place. Not only do I lose a lot of food, I also risk injury even moving food from the basement to the fridge. I've since put them on hold (in the basement) and another one blew up before I went upstairs. I would not recommend these bottles for anything that has a lot of natural carbonation. I'm afraid to even try to open one and will probably throw the bottles away. I usually use larger bottles that contain sparkling lemonade but I didn't have these and needed a good replacement, unfortunately they don't cover the bill.
