When I came across this bike stand at Revain I was very skeptical that it would hold a bike. It was easy to assemble all the parts as intended with no problems. The bike stand looked very cheap and flimsy and I wasn't sure I wanted to try my bike on this stand. I have an expensive electric bike and it wouldn't be nice if it broke. But I tried, put my bike on a stand and put it upright. I had trouble lifting the front wheel and holding the rear wheel. I cheated and got help and once it was upright I had to make some height adjustments thus releasing the hook holding the wheel. The main problem is that I need to make some changes to keep the steering wheel from turning. I think a velor strap might be the answer. As I now understand this has a lot of potential but needs some improvements. The stand indicates that it will hold a bike with or without mudguards. The only difference is that you raised the rear wheel, which is not an option for my situation.
