Review on Snowyee by Mike Rogers

Recently, I made a purchase from Snowyee's online store, and I have to say that I was unsatisfied with the level of customer care that they provided. My item did not arrive in its entirety, and when I contacted their customer care staff to inquire about it, I received an unsatisfactory and condescending response. It required several efforts before any kind of conclusion could be achieved, and even then, it wasn't to anyone's liking. In addition, the quality of the things that I was sent was below average, and the overall value of the transaction was not justified. In general, I would not suggest Snowyee to anyone searching for dependable customer service or high-quality goods.
