I've purchased a few models of these over time and this one seems to be the best built.
The only thing to watch for is if you have weatherstripping on the door, the pressure it has on the door may cause this item not to release.
- I received the strike in a short time. I installed it and it worked without any problems.
- Installed this, Within a few months it failed in the open state leaving a door unsecured
