I paid a top price for a hard drive because of the lifetime guarantee. After 6 years I started to build up condensation and now the light is useless beyond 100 meters. I've submitted 2 warranty claims to Rigid in the last few months and haven't received a response! Save a lot of money and choose another brand like Rough Country. ***Update: I called Rigid and the rep said that the first reply email from Rigid often ends up in the spam folder (which it did). . However, I am still awaiting the return of the $550 lightbar which after 6 years turns out to be defective.
