Review on 🚪 LiftMaster 893Max Garage Door Opener Remote, 1 Pack, Black by Russell Ross

I was having problems programming this remote control. I bought a Liftmaster 893 to replace a 20 year old remote that died. After several attempts to program the remote, everything worked for me. However, my other [non-fancy] 20-year-old remote now stopped working. "Okay", I thought, I like the new one and I have 3 cars. I will buy two more. So I ordered two Model 890s. [Note that the 890 and 893 use the same programming guide.] They arrived and I quickly programmed two Model 890s, but then the Model 893 stopped working and I couldn't force it. The programming instructions on the electric strike motor housing differ from the printed instructions included with the 890 and 893 models. Liftmaster's YouTube video of how to program these remote controls differs from the printed instructions and the instructions on the motor housing. Neither of these options could get the 893 working again. I now have two working 890 remotes and will not be purchasing any more until I need them.
