As you've read all the other reviews installation is a breeze, if you have a window ready to shade, simply snap it into place and slide the 4 window latches to the closed position , and you're done. After a few days I noticed that the folds were bunching up like an accordion, I left the window blind 1/2 open. So the top doesn't want to stay neatly folded?! Then when you open the blinds all the way you have to help the harmonica fold or they will stack up and not fold like they should. I suppose if you always keep the curtain closed you won't have a problem. For what it is and the cost, it shouldn't have these issues. Just know what you are buying and how it works.
