Like many others who share homes with feline companions, recognizing and accepting toilet problems of one kind or another is just part of the equation. Of course, that doesn't stop us from looking for something that can reduce, if not eliminate, these problems. Thank you to all the people who took the time to leave reviews on this trash mat. I bought one to replace the useless one we are currently using and I am so glad I did. It's not quite perfect, but very close! My yogi no longer jumps over the mat (too hard), throws trash everywhere (towel or rug that moves), urinates directly on the mat (those plastic mesh types), and also lets urine through and under it. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because of its smaller size (doesn't quite cover the area required to pack all the junk) so I bought another to use alongside; Add the cost times two and wow! The cost may be prohibitive for many people. However, for the very positive results, ease of use, cleaning and aesthetics, I would happily do it again. Oh yes, it would be nice to have other color options besides gray ;-)
