I am afraid to engage in internet products because half the time I have setup problems. However, the NexusLink GPL-1200 was very easy to set up and use. I had no problem connecting my desktop PC in my bedroom to the internet through this line. I was able to get download speeds of up to 50Mbps, which is good enough for my needs and more than double what I get over my Wi-Fi as the 5GHz band can't reach my PC. Each device has an Ethernet port. They also have a nice look and appear to be solidly built. They came with two 6ft ethernet cables. Keep this in mind if you need to purchase longer cables. Also note that the 1200 Mbps speed for this device and any other 1200 Mbps network device depends on the speed of the electronics in the device. This does not mean that if you have 1200 Mbit/s on your modem, you will also have 1200 Mbit/s on the long-distance power supply. From what I've read online you will lose speed traversing power lines, but a 1200Mbps device will probably result in a faster connection than a 500Mbps device and so on. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone looking for a powerline adapter, especially for making Ethernet connections in areas of the home with weak WiFi or for desktop PCs and electronics that don't have WiFi.
