I bought a German bike from a neighbor but the valve stems were Presta type. US bike pumps (household and gas station) will not fit Presta valves. These Schrader fittings easily convert these valves to ones that can be filled with American style pumps. MUCH cheaper and less wasteful than buying new bulbs! Solid processed. Beautiful copper color. Installation (bolts) over existing Presta valves takes only a few seconds. Leave them and you're off to the races!
