Buy soft-boiled eggs every morning for three months and more when they're worn out. keep them in religious purity; the hole in the lid is clean; reducing the boiling water to a slow boil _after_ the introduction of the eggs; and using an appropriately sized pan to mitigate any tendency to turn into a turtle if the above steps are not inadvertently followed correctly. The same goes for the silicone ring before tightening the cap for a better seal. I gave up all other sprays and oils. The oil gives the finished egg a smooth finish, as if it came out of the shell. The more they cool with a boiled egg in them, the more likely they'll stick too, but using oil even helps with this trend and rarely ends in the hassle of cleaning. Using it as above should increase your satisfaction. YMMV as always.
