My disappointment with Przewalski stems from my high expectations for ease and speed when making purchases online. To begin, they have a website that is difficult to navigate. It's hard to get around and locate what you need because of the disorganized and chaotic design. Because of this, it was challenging for me to locate what I required quickly. When I eventually located what I needed and placed an order, I discovered that shipping would take much longer than I had anticipated. And when they did arrive, I was dismayed to discover that the quality had fallen short of what I had hoped for. I had to go through the trouble of sending things back because they were poorly constructed and didn't fit right. The hassle and delay of the return procedure only added insult to injury. To get a refund, I had to jump through several hurdles, and customer service was generally unhelpful and unresponsive. In sum, shopping at Przewalski's virtual storefront has been an irritating and disheartening ordeal for me. I wouldn't suggest buying from them because of their poorly designed website, slow shipping, and low-quality goods.
