I hate writing negative reviews and if you read most of the others I've written I'll highlight the best parts, not the worst (although I'll add as needed). Here I have to highlight the worst because it messed up part of the setup. Included is a picture of a tiny box and a hose being pushed into the tiny box. It's bent and impossible to straighten and definitely can't be used without buying an extra hose, which I didn't have to do as I bought it to use a closed hose. It can straighten and unravel with enough effort, but that's not my job as I don't buy items hoping that when they arrive they'll come to me for repairs. The product seems pleasant. It contains nozzles of different sizes and the suction is quite powerful, but I haven't decided whether to keep it or not yet, so I haven't submerged it in water yet. It might be nice to come back for kinked hoses, but it's not a well thought out plan on the part of the shippers to stuff hoses in a tiny box unless it's the hose that's kinked, which is definitely kinked.
