I LOVE these mats. I say this one because I have several now. I use them on all of our front doors. They do a great job picking up all the dirt and sand that would otherwise be found in my house. They have greatly reduced the amount of vacuuming I have to do each week. I also use one in my kitchen, in front of the sink. No more slipping on wet floors, and the softness of the mat works like an anti-fatigue mat, only without the insane price and with the added bonus of scavenging crumbs. I also have one in our kennel. She loves its softness and gentleness; I like to shake lightly or spray clean. I plan to put more in front of our shower/tub. Try one. Even if your cat doesn't like it, I'm sure you will find a use for it. The only problem is finding too many applications and needing more.
