Review on πŸ”₯ Fellow Stagg Pour-Over Kettle - Gooseneck Teapot with Precision Pour Spout, Built-In Thermometer, Matte Black, 1 Liter by Tony Doolittle

Overall a good product missing parts

Let me start by saying this is one of the best kettles I've had but there are still some design flaws that can be fixed. .- The kettle is designed to be used with the Fellow ECG machine as a power source. Heating with natural gas or electricity can cause overflow at maximum level. It's not ideal in a cramped workspace. The maximum level indicator is not positioned well. I don't know why the decision was made to hide this on the opposite side of the handle, but it's counterintuitive. It's also damn near invisible. When you create a guide, make it easily recognizable. This hasn't happened to us, but the plastic handle runs the risk of melting if exposed to a less efficient heat source. This problem can be solved in several ways (increasing the height of the kettle, changing the handle material, etc.). - The thermometer is not fixed by anything. It is very uncomfortable when it spins like a top in the base. It would be better if it was in a fixed position. The ideal would be to be able to insert it firmly or take it out. As I said, overall this is a very good product, but I think more attention could be paid to the details.
