Review on DALSTRONG Slicing Carving Knife AUS 10V by Nicole Hefton

I've had this knife for a few months now and I've carved a turkey, sliced homemade bacon, sliced homemade jerky and brisket. It slides through everything like a lightsaber! I have given away all my well known brand knives to colleagues and have slowly built up the Dalstrong collection because they are fantastic value for money. Customer service is fantastic too. I had a problem with one of my other knives and they responded immediately, they solved my problem very quickly and even went above and beyond with a little extra customer service. I'm just a home cook, but I use my knives a lot. Previously, the Shogun series required no more than a quick run every few weeks. There are no nicks on the blades and it holds up fantastic.
