The back wall fell off.
I was very disappointed to find that the back of one of the pads had come loose. Light work takes longer. It looked like they used very little glue on a smooth surface. It may be worth rethinking how the back is placed on the pillow. Disappointed because Bosch was my favorite everyday car brand. Makes me reconsider my position if all pads are fitted the same way.
