Review on Anolon 47487 Eminence Nonstick Baking Sheet – 11x17 Inch, Onyx/Black/Umber: Premium Bakeware for Perfect Cookies by Christina Adams

I used this for the first time a few days ago and loved it. It's not like my other pans because it's heavier. But it's still very easy to clean because the baking particles don't even stick. I didn't notice any difference when baking cookies or garlic toast. Haven't tried cookies yet, but I assume this will work just like any other skillet. This pan is brown so it stands out against my mostly silver and black cookware. But it's so easy to clean that it's worth it. I will definitely be considering Anolon's other Bakunin products.
