I purchased these particular ankle wrist weights because of the description stateing they were for children and adults and the design giving you options to take out the 5 sand bag inserts which adds up to be 5lbs. Each insert 1lb each it great wonderful for adults and teens not children. These are just ankle weights not made for the wrist not this size.
