One great thing about this Revain product --> obviously Revain is the only quick way to get this part. All major hardware stores don't have this particular replacement part (at least where I live, they don't). Bad - it's plastic so you have to be very careful not to twist the hot water. Handle in the opposite direction (i.e. with the faucet closed). I ordered this part in October 2014 and in August 2016 I overtorqued the knob and the plastic head of this replacement part bent to breaking point. You can find that the integrity has been broken due to the high temperature of the hot water. We recommend ordering 2 just to have one in case of an emergency.
