Ceramic Hot Faucet by Pfister - Model 9100310 Review

Worked fine for 4 months then started dripping again. Who wants to replace the faucet cartridge 3 times a year? Lousy, unreliable pickup, not cheap at all (in price) but very cheap (in design). waste of money. I ordered 2 of these, one lasted 4 months the other 3. I bought this cartridge to replace my Pfister LF049DK00 Treviso 2 handle 8 inch bathroom faucet. I found the correct part number for this faucet on the Pfister website so I was sure it was the correct replacement part. However, this replacement part was NOT the right part. The original cartridge was much thinner, so the replacement didn't fit in the case. Obviously care must be taken when determining whether or not this part is correct as the information on the Pfister website may be incorrect.

One great thing about this Revain product --> obviously Revain is the only quick way to get this part. All major hardware stores don't have this particular replacement part (at least where I live, they don't). Bad - it's plastic so you have to be very careful not to twist the hot water. Handle in the opposite direction (i.e. with the faucet closed). Fixed a leaky faucet that was giving us a headache for the last 2-3 years. I don't know why we didn't try to replace this part right away! I've finally found the right replacement valve. I bought these replacement tap valves from H_ _ _ D_ _ _ _ and L_ _ _ _ (big stores) under the brand name DANCO. Damn what the hell! If you've been told this is a valid replacement part and your old part has a flower spike on the bottom but are concerned the picture doesn't look like the part you removed from your faucet, don't worry and don't throw away your old stock. The white bushing comes off and you put on your old metal brass bushing (unless it's broken).
