Review on ProCost Systems by Paul Lewis

ProCost is a powerful tool and it provides a lot of options. Not only is it a powerful tool, it is inexpensive. The customer service is outstanding and very knowledgeable. I dislike the fact that a lot of the fields don't have a default. I have to manually put the number in to a certain number or character in a box. I wish that the customer service was a little better. I have been a customer for a very long time and have never been dissatisfied. I have never been on a project for so little time that I could not get to a customer service rep. I have not been on a project for a long time because I dislike the fact that I have to manually put in certain fields to get my info. This software has been very helpful in keeping track of tasks and projects. It also helps keep all information organized at one place. There are times when I have to do some research to find out what certain terms mean. Sometimes it can be hard to understand exactly what you're looking for if you don't know what that specific term means. Overall this software has helped me save time and money. It has made my job easier since I'm able to organize information more efficiently.
