I've had mine for a long time (many years) and I like it. To be honest it took me a while to decide to use it, but when I did I was furious that I didn't use it right away. Once you start reading the instructions and using it, I think you'll come across it more than you thought. Perfect for a large family but I've used it when guests arrive and ask for more food. Roast is great. Place small or chopped potatoes at the bottom of the pot and they will fry all together (yummy). Of course chicken and turkey cooking is great and I just wonder why the regular oven doesn't cut it more. Don't be afraid to just open the box and give it a try. My only suggestion is that you can use a wire sponge to bring it back to its original shape. Remember this is an oven and treat it accordingly.
