This item just didn't work for me. I bought them for a hobby with model trains, expecting to power the relay with 12V DC using the DC and DC+ terminals to turn on the relay. And then on the secondary when the relay electrically connects the "no" and "com" terminals which then completes the circuit on that secondary which is powered separately. I especially liked that it had small screw terminals so I didn't have to solder anything. In the photos it looked perfect for my application. But no matter what I did, I couldn't turn on the relay with my 12V DC power supply. I didn't use the "in" terminal. I have no idea what it's for. Thinking I had a bad relay, I tried the same with the second. Same result, except this time I noticed a very small LED lit up to let me know it was getting power. However, this did not happen with the first.
