If you have installed a radio before, the installation will have about the same level of difficulty. In the beginning I had some problems where I had to contact the seller, but they responded quickly and solved my problems very professionally and did everything to make me happy. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service. I installed them on my 2003 single cab Silverado and instead of using switch mounts I decided instead to mount them directly into the door panel armrest for a factory look and it worked great. The motors aren't the most powerful, but when installed correctly, they work pretty well. I would recommend dusting the window rails prior to installing the kit and adding some lube to any parts that touch each other if possible as this will only help the engines run smoother and relieve a headache down the road. . For my setup they work just as well as the factory setup so I have no complaints and you definitely can't beat the price.
