These gaskets measure .062 which is the same thickness as the Mr. gasket I use now. Details The seal costs $4.49 for 54G and $6.46 for 54c EACH! I figured .045 shims could be used if the mating surfaces were perfect. This 0.062 works when the two surfaces are not perfect.
